Error: Another user of your computer is currently using this connection.

If you receive the error message, "Another user of your computer is currently using this connection. This user must disconnect before you can log on," take the following steps:

1. Navigate to the Windows system tray (located on the bottom-right corner of the screen).

2. Right-click on the RemoteApp and Desktop Connection icon (a blue monitor with a small circle in the corner).

3. Select "Disconnect from Work Resources."

4. Log on again.
