When searching spectacle lens via the master lens list, clicking in 'Style' 'Material' or 'Color' fields nothing populates

By default, when in the spectacle lens inventory module, clicking on 'Add' will allow you to search for specific styles, colors, and/or materials for lenses you wish to import. Simply clicking in the desired field should populate the filter options in a second window.

If, when clicking in the above mentioned fields, nothing happens or the window does not pop up, it is most likely due to security settings within Internet Explorer. To correct this, please open Internet Explorer and do the following:

-Click Settings(or the settings icon, that looks like a gear) and navigate to the Privacy tab. Ensure the pop up blocker is turned off.

- Next, under the Security tab, click on Trusted Sites, then click the Sites button.

-Add https://whoisyourinsurance.com/ to the trusted sites, and click 'ok'.

-Log out and back in, and try to populate the list again.
