How do I send a letter via email to a group of patients?

NOTE: The email setup has to be completed prior to using this feature. 

1. Go to File > Letters 

2. Click the Letters tab 

3. Select/highlight your letter from the list 

4. Click the Search tab to enter in your search criteria for the list of patients

NOTE: Search options are based on the letter type selected in step 3. 

5. View your results and make adjustments using the available options.

6. Click on the Letter Detail tab to modify your subject line and click the Email button. 

NOTE: By default the subject will be set to the name of the letter. 

7. An individual email will be sent to everyone in your search results.
