Database error code 512 when click on letter under Vision Rx tab

Issue: You get a Database error when you click on letter under the Vision RX tab in the Patient profile

 

How to resolve:

In the patient profile click on Insurance tab and make sure you don't have insurance companies that are on the same level.

For Example: Primany Insurance is VSP

                    Primary insurance is Eyemed

 

You will need to change the sequence on one of these insurance companies. 

The system will give you database error if you have  Insurance companies in the patient profile.
