When trying to import my logo the file does not show in the 'Select File' window after clicking 'Browse'

The company logo MUST be in BMP format. When you click on the 'Browse' button to select the logo file, if the file is in ANY other format, (i.e. jpeg, tiff) it will not show that file in the list of files available to import. Only .bmp files will be visible.

 

-To change a file extension of an existing picture file to bmp from another format, try the following:

 

-right click the file in question

-select 'Open With'

-select 'Microsoft Paint'

-from within the MS Paint application, click File (in the top left hand corner) > Save As

-in the 'Save As' window, select 'JPEG' in the 'Save as Type' drop down (and modify the file name if desired).

-Click the Save button
