VSP Authorization Error - Id and Password are Incorrect

Authorization Error - "ID and Password are incorrect" 

  1. Go to Patient Profile > Profile Tab
    • Check to make sure registered VSP provider is selected for the patient
  2. Go to File Setup > Provider
    • Select Provider from the list to view details 
    • Confirm the Provider VSP User ID, Password & Office ID
  3. Save changes and reattempt to secure the authorization.

I don't see provider under file>setup. Has this been changed?
