How do I add a reason for the visit when the patient is requesting an appointment?

You will need to do this in the Services Inventory in My Vision Express.

1. Go to File > Inventory > Services

2. Click to highlight the appointment reason that you want available in Patient Portal 

3. Click the "Modify" button

NOTE: If it is not currently listed, click the "Add" button, then import from the list or click "Add Custom"

4. In the Services Details window, check the "Online" box

5. Click the "OK" button to save your changes

6. You should now see the appointment reason available in the Patient Portal Appointment Request
