What will my patients hear when they receive an appointment confirmation reminder phone call?

If you have the check box for 'Allow Cancel' selected and your patient answers the the phone, they will hear  . The first pause in the recording is where the date and time of the appointment would be and the second pause in the recording is where your telephone number would be.

  • If they press one to confirm, they will then hear  .
  • If they press two to cancel, they will then hear 
  • If they press zero, they will will be connected to your office at the number you specified when you signed up for Patient Communications.
