What will my patients hear when they receive the automated contact lens reorder call?

If they answer the phone, they will hear  . The first pause plays your company name and the second pause plays your company phone number.

  • If they press zero, they will will be connected to your office at the number you specified when you signed up for Patient Communications.
  • If they press one to be contacted later, they will hear  .

 

If they do not answer the phone, they will hear   on their voicemail/answering machine. The first pause plays the name of your company, the second pause plays your phone number, and the third pause plays your phone number again.
