What does my patient see when they click on a survey link?
Posted by on 21 Oct 2014 04:24 PM

If you send a survey link to your patients in an email and they click on the button to take the survey, they will be taken to a screen where they can select a rating based on five stars and they are asked the question, "How likely are you to recommend our office?"

If your patient chooses an 8 or higher, they will be taken to a screen in which they will be asked to leave a review on whatever review sites you designated when you signed up for Patient Communications.

If they choose a score of less than 8, they will be taken to a screen in which they will be asked, "How can we improve your experience?"

Regardless of the score, an unassigned message within My Vision Express is created with the results of the survey. You will also receive an email message with the information.
