Printers are not re-directing in MVE

If your printers are not re directing in MVE before contacting support, please insure that you meet the following requirements:

 

1. you have the latest version of .net framework installed on your machine. (Dowload the latest version of .net framework from here http://www.microsoft.com/net/downloads)

 

2. Ensure that you have the latest version of Remote Desktop installed. You can check which version you are using here: (http://support.myvisionexpress.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/1130/154/how-to-find-which-version-of-remote-desktop-is-installed-on-your-windows-computer)
