Why am I no longer able to send out emails from My Vision Express?

If you are not able to send out emails from My Vision Express, verify the credentials in Company Setup for your SMTP server are correct (File > Setup > Company -- Internet Settings).

Note that your email provider may impose a restriction on how many emails can be sent out at a time/per day.
