How to resolve the "Your remote desktop services have ended.." error

Your Remote Desktop Services Session has ended. Another user connected to the remote computer, so your connection was lost. Try connecting again, or contact your network administrator or technical support group.






  • Connection disconnects, application log outs.



  • Another user has signed onto the same RDS cal (ex. 1234_56)




  • Ensure that there is not another user atempting to login with the same RDS cal that you are currently logged in with.
