Unable to connect to My Vision Express after Mac update:
Connecting to My Vision Express Via Remote Desktop - Mac
2. Under the “General” tab please enter the user credentials in the below format.
Connection name: My Vision Express
PC name: rdsmac.mvecloud.com
Gateway: No gateway configured
Password: given user password
*Do not change any other fields (Please see below)
*After the information is added please click on the "x" to close the window to save the changes.
3. After the Connection has been added, please click on the new connection under the "My Desktops" tab
