Why can't I retrieve a patient's eligibility through Gateway EDI/Trizetto?

If you are not able to retrieve a patient's eligibility through Gateway EDI/Trizetto, verify the credentials entered in Company Setup:

File > Setup > Company -- Internet Tab

Review the credentials entered in the "Patient Eligibility (Gateway EDI)" section.

The credentials are sometimes different from the login credentials used to sign in to the Gateway/Trizetto web site.
