How do I copy my inventory listing to another location?

With a multi location license, My Vision Express allows you to keep a different inventory listing for each location.
The following tools are available to facilitate inventory configuration between locations:
Consodilate Inventory Listing
From File > Setup Company - Company tab, there is a section labeled "Add Inventory".
Frames, Contacts, Spectacle, and Other/Services are available buttons within this section.
Using a 3 location office as an example (A, B, and C), we want to move all the frames available from locations A and B to location C.
1. Select Location C from the Company Grid
2. Click on the "Frames" button and select the desired records to carry over to location C from the "Select Frame Collections" window
3. Click on the OK button
The same can be repeated for Spectacle Lenses, Contact Lenses, Services, and Other inventory items.
Activate Specific records
From any Inventory window (File > Inventory > (Frames, Spectacle Lens, ...), you have access to a button labeled "Reactivate..."
Clicking this button will bring up a new window showing all items not active at the current location.
Check the box labeled "Active" for any desired records and click on the "Activate" button
