Removing old MVE Cloud credentials

If more than one set of RemoteApp credentials has been used on a Windows computer, its possible that you may get logged in under a different username than you intended to. To resolve this issue, you must clear out the old saved credentials. Follow these steps to remove the old credentials:


1. Open Credential Manager (Start > Control Panel > Credential Manager)

2. Select the Windows Credentials tab

3. Search for any entries that pertain to MVE Cloud (ex: TERMSRV/

4. Click on each of these listings to expand the details. If the username is any other username than the one you wish to use, select "Remove"

5. Once finished, exit the Credential Manager.
