Is there a way to prevent certain orders from being included in the Batch Auto-Generate Claims module?

Yes. A default submission method can be selected for an Insurance Company, or individual Insurance Plans. 

For an Insurance Company:

1. Go to File > Setup > Insurance > Insurance Companies

2. Select the Insurance Company you wish to create the setting for

3. Click the Claims tab in the lower portion of the screen

4. Tick the Enable Submission Method Filter check box

5. Select the Radio button next to the desired submission method for the selected Insurance Company (via Web)

6. Click the Save icon

 

For an Insurance Plan:

1. Go to File > Setup > Insurance > Insurance Plans

2. Select the Insurance Company that the plan is under from the Insurance drop down

3. Tick the Enable Submission Method Filter check box

4. Select the Radio button next to the desired submission method for the selected Insurance Company (via Web)

5. Click the Save icon

6. Repeat steps for any additional plans
