Is there a way to default the Complaint tab to the 'Questionnaire' view?

Yes. The default view for the Complaint tab is the HPI Builder. However, there is a setting to change that view to the 'Questionnaire'. To activate that setting:

1. Go to File > Setup > Company

2. Click the System tab

3. In the Other Settings section, scroll to 'Exam', then expand the General option

4. Next to Complaint Tab Default, select Questionnaire in the drop-down menu

5. Click the Save icon
