How can I set the Ordering Provider for an Insurance Company?

  1. Go to File > Setup > Insurance > Insurance Companies
  2. Select the Insurance Company that needs to include the ‘Order Provider’
  3. Click the Claims tab
  4. Tick the checkbox for Ordering Provider (Box 17)
  5. Click the Save icon when finished
  6. The Ordering Provider will now display on claims for the selected Insurance Company under Box 17
NOTE: The Ordering Provider will only display on Claims that are for Orders with materials.
