DYMO prints blank labels from a Windows 7 computer

If you are an MVE Cloud customer using a DYMO label printer with Windows 7 computer and you are only getting blank labels, you will need to install Windows updates to resolve the issue. The Windows updates will install Remote Desktop version 8.1 which will allow the label printer to work correctly with MVE Cloud. To install the required updates, follow the steps in the following guide:
