Error: MSG 3 - RxInput XML parse error

This article will provide you with steps on addressing an error (see image below) that appears when accessing ePrescribe from the health tab in My Vision Express.

Version 10.0



This error appears when the address for the company in My Vision Express contains any unusual symbols (* , ; # $ %, etc). NewcropRx interface requires the address not contain symbols. Follow the steps below to adjust your company address in My Vision Express. 


1. Go to File > Setup > Company Information

2. Go to Address field in the Details section of the Company Tab.

3. Remove any commas or symbols from the Address field

4. Click on the Save button 

5. Restart My Vision Express to finalize changes.
