How to manually add items in the Services Inventory

This article outline steps on how to add  items in the Services Inventory manually.

1. Go to File > Inventory > Services

2. Click the Add button


3. Fill out the fields for the Service you are adding. This includes the cost of service in the Retail field, Modifier, Procedure Code, default Duration Time, and Recall time and any other pertinent information.


** Check the box located next to Appointment to have the option to select the service in the Calendar Module. Check the box located next to Favorite if this is a common exam. When a service is selected as a “favorite”, it will be located at the top of the drop-down list of services in the Calendar Module as well as the Quick Order services listing.**

4. Click the OK button when finished.
