Access Cloud from iPhone/iPad

This article outlines steps on how to download, install & configure Microsoft Remote Desktop application to access your My Vision Express Cloud from your iPhone and/or iPad device.

1. Begin by navigating to the Apple Store on your device

2. Search for Microsoft Remote Desktop application and tap on the Cloud icon 

3. Tap cloud icon to begin download

4. Tap OPEN button

 5. Once open you will see the following screen. Click the (+) option


Select Add Remote Resources Feed option

6. Enter in the following information:



User Name: mvecloud\<username provided> and tap on Save


Password: <povided password> and tap on Save



7. Tap on Save once all information is entered to be taken back to the Home screen



8. Tap the My Vision Express icon to begin access to the program

9. Enter in your My Vision Express credentials and click on login.  

NOTE: If its your first time logging into the program or you are accessing a demo simply click on the login button.
