How do I process credit invoice received from my supplier?

Return order was already created by navigating to File > Inventory > Transactions > Returns. When you receive the credit from your supplier follow the steps outlined below:

1. Go to File > Inventory > Transactions > Returns

2. Click the Search button to find the corresponding return transaction and open by double click

3. Select item you received credit for and enter the credit amount in the Cost/Credit field. If you receive less than the cost of the item the system will show the difference.

4. Check the credit memo received box. To attach a scanned copy of the credit memo click on the Attach Memo box and select the file from your computer. 

5. Click the Save button to complete the transaction.
