How do I link contact lens procedure codes to my contact lens inventory?

1. Go to File > Inventory > Contact Lens

2. Open contact lens item from the list to view details

3. Navigate to Procedure code field and click on drop-down to select the corresponding procedure code

NOTE: Trial versions do not require procedure codes

when we are in an order and hit (trial) we get the message that no trial has been assigned to this contact lens see inventory set up . What are we missing, we see it in the listing inventory. please help

It probably hasn't been linked as a "Trial" type. Go to File > Inventory > Contact Lens. If the Contact Lens Trial is listed in your contact lens inventory, but under the Type column it is labeled as "Retail": Click the trial lens to highlight, then click the Modify button. The Contact Lens Details screen will open. Click the Trial Lens name field to view the drop-down menu options. Scroll to the Trail lens name and click to select. Then click the OK button. The Trial Contact Lens Type should change from Retail to Trial.
