After adding frames inventory via CSV file, nothing appears to import successfully

First, ensure prior to importing the CSV file, that it is not open in Excel or any other office application. This is generally the cause. In addition, after importing completes, you will need to re-open your frames inventory to refresh and view the newly imported frames.

Since you know this is a known issue, please just have the screen refresh automatically after loading new frames.
