Frames Data IDA Error: Account Number is Invalid or Expired

First, verify you have the correct Frames Data IDA Username entered under File > Setup > Company, then navigate to the Integration tab. Under the Location sub-tab, ensure the information you have entered matches that which you were provided by Frames Data. If it appears correct, please contact Frames Data to verify that the username you are entering is correct, and that it has been activated on their end.
