Can I change my webhosted username and/or password?

While you are unable to change your numeric user ID as it is account specific, you can change your password if desired. After logging into successfully, you will see the "Change Password" option located just below the My Vision Express logo. Click Change Password, and you will then be prompted to enter your username, current password, and desired new password. Fill out the required fields, and click submit. You should then receive a message stating that your password was successfully changed.


NOTE- If after entering your credentials, you receive a message stating that the username or password entered is not valid, try entering mvecloud\ in front of your user ID.

For example:

User Name: mvecloud\111111_01


If after performing the above steps you are still experiencing problems changing your password, please contact Support for additional assistance.
