How will my staff and I get trained to use My Vision Express?

My Vision Express has two training options available along with plenty of online and resources to ensure your success. 

On-Site Training - A member of our training team will come to your office to analyze your everyday workflow and show you how best to use My Vision Express to facilitate and improve efficiency.

Remote Training - Our training team will show you how to use My Vision Express by establishing a remote connection to your computer(s) and demonstrate, step-by-step, how to use the software.

Available Resources:

  • User Manual/Help File - Can be accessed from within your database by pressing F1 on your keyboard
  • Video Tutorials – A complete library of video tutorials is available for you to watch in Support Central
  • Meaningful Use Resource Center - An entire section of  Support Central is dedicated to helping you meet Meaningful Use requirements within the software
  • Webinars - There are several live webinars conducted monthly; if you are unable to attend a live session, you can access them later in Support Central
