Why won't my 6 month and annual pricing apply in the Order when I have the quantity of boxes selected?

The reason for this is because there is no Marketing Code selected. You need to create a marketing option for a Contact Lens Quantity discount.

To do so, go to File > Setup > Marketing > Marketing. When you are at the Marketing window, click on the Add button.

On the bottom-left you will then select the Location (if applicable), the Code, and a Source (The source is optional).

You can then enter the description of the Marketing Code. 

Under Marketing Type, select Contact lens Qty. To the right, enter the dates you would want the pricing to apply for. Usually the contact lens quantity pricing is on-going. Therefore, you can enter today's date as the 'From Date' and the 'To Date' as something like 12/31/2099.

Once you are done, Save and restart MVE. At the Order level, make sure that once you have the quantity set for your contacts, select the discount from the Marketing drop-down.
