I can no longer see my scanner after updating to version 2014.

For version 2014 Cloud customers, you need to have TSScan by Terminal Works installed (the Client version).

DOWNLOAD THE CLIENT VERSION.

In addition, the download link is available at rds.mvecloud.com in the Downloads section.
