How do I set a reminder for consent forms?

1. Create the consent form you wish to use and select the type of letter you want it to be (this will determine where the reminder pops up).

2. Select the type of consent form it is. As an example, let's say you choose HIPAA and order.

3. The reminder for the HIPAA form will pop up when you click on the Payments button.
