How do I create a report for patient recalls in which I can see their phone numbers?

1. Go to File > Letters.

Note: By default when you first open the letters module the Search tab is set to a Patient type letter.

2. Enter recall date range and click the Search button.

3. Click the Save As button to save the list as an excel spreadsheet.

Note: This list will include the patients' phone numbers and mailing addresses.
