Knowledgebase: Time Clock
My employee forgot to clock in and is unable to edit it. How does the administrator edit the time clock?

1. Login to My Vision Express using an administrator username and password (setup in File > Setup > Employees).

2. Click the time clock icon on the top toolbar.

3. Enter the employee's username in the User ID field (this will show the employees time sheet).

Note: You do not need to enter the employee's password.

4. Make the necessary changes to the employees time sheet.

5. Click the Save button on the right side of the screen.
