I'm a Cloud user and I'm unable to access X-Charge, how can I retrieve my credentials?

Once X-Charge is setup for Cloud customers these credentials are initially provided to each customer. If a customer is unable to log in to the X-Charge application, he/she will need to contact our Support Department @ 1-877-822-7456 ext 3 and request to have this information e-mailed to them. Our Support Representative will create a ticket with the requested information and forward this to the MVE Cloud Team. Credentials will be sent by the MVE Cloud Team the following day.
