Why is my remote session popping up over other windows?

There are server-related Windows updates that may affect your experience while using My Vision Express or Remote Desktop Protocol. Some of the symptoms are listed below:

  • Connection drops while using My Vision Express or Remote Desktop Protocol
  • MVE RDS or Remote Desktop takes focus over other windows

To resolve these issues:

  1. Download the attached .bat file (RemoveWindowsUpdates.Bat) found below
  2. Right-Click on the file and choose run as dministrator.
