How do I reset a patient's password inside of the Patient Portal?

1) Log into the Patient Portal as the administrator

2) Click on the Configuration link in the top navigation bar.

3) Click on Patients.

4) Open the details for the specific patient.

5) Update and confirm new password.

6) Save.

Note: This will update the password for the patient to one that you've selected. Provide this new password along with the username to your patient so that they are able to log into Patient Portal.
