How do I add an e-mail signature to be included on e-mails I send?

1. Go to File > Setup > Company.

2. Click the Internet tab.

3. In the Mail/SMTP Settings section, click the E-Mail Signature button.

4. Enter the message you would like to appear on emails you send from My Vision Express.

5. Close the window when you have finished and click the Save icon on the top toolbar.

6. Log off and log back in to see your message at the bottom of the email.
