How do I fix an error in a claim?

1. Go to File > Batch > Claims > Electronic Claims.

2. Search for the claim in question.

3. Select the claim by double clicking on it.

4. IF/When the i (information) icon appears, this means that you have a claim error.

5. Depending on the error - you need to fix the order, the exam, or the patient profile.

6. Click on the Claim button, the Order button, or the Patient button depending upon what you must change/update.

7. This will take you to the appropriate screen where you can make changes/updates.

8. Click Save to save your updates.
