How do I know if a patient is registered in the Patient portal?

In the patient portal, a registered patient means that the patient is registered in the patient portal. It does not mean that they are necessarily registered patient in the system (MVE).

If the patient is both a registered patient in the patient portal and the system (MVE) the EHR Patient number field in the patient profile will have a number, and the number is the patient record number in the system (MVE).

If this field is blank, then your patient is only registered in the patient portal and not in your system (MVE).
