Lens On Demand keeps saying not responding when I'm importing Soft Contact Lenses. What should I do?

 Do not terminate the program, LOD & MVE are transferring Contact Lens Prescriptions between the two Data Bases. Allow the program to run its course. Once the transfer is complete. A Dialoge box will pop up stating.

"The selected contact lenses have been added/updated from the LensOnDemand.com service."

Click OK and the Contact Lens(es) will have been imported with all Cofigurations.
