We have transitioned from Kayako Help Desk to Salesforce Service Cloud. Just a friendly reminder that as of May 4, 2018, Kayako Help Desk and the chat feature are no longer monitored. We would also like to encourage our users to utilize our Client Portal.

Thank you so much to everyone that joined us for the 2019 ONE User Summit!  It was great to spend time in the learning lab sharing our knowledge and being able to excite you about what’s to come.  Next years summit will be held in San Antonio, TX.
I hope to see all of you there.

2020 one user summit

One item I shared at the Summit was how our end of year update will be filled with Built-By-Request End of Year Releaseenhancement requests submitted by our users.  However, since we receive so many requests, I would like to have a sense of what is most important to you.  Please use this form prioritize some of the enhancement requests and share your #1 enhancement request.
