Dear My Vision Express Customers,

In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday, all offices will be closed. Customer Support will be limited to connectivity issues on Thursday, November 24th and Friday, November 25th. Normal office hours will resume on Monday, November 28th.  We wish you and your family a very Happy Thanksgiving!

Emdeon is now referred to as “Change Healthcare”. Because of this change, a modification was necessary for the service URL. Please be sure that you are updated to the latest patch so that any submissions to this interface are going to the correct service URL. If you need assistance, please call the Support Department at 1-877-882-7456, option 3. You can also click HERE to submit a ticket for a representative to contact you at a preferred time.

Any Cloud Users with Mac devices that are experiencing an issue with the Calendar module will need to contact the Support Department. A Support Representative can create a ticket for an advanced technician to address the problem. Please call 1-877-882-7456, option 3 or click HERE to submit a ticket for a faster response time.
