Eye Care Leaders is excited to announce the transition of your My Vision Express ticketing system from Kayako Help Desk to Salesforce Service Cloud. Eye Care Leaders is moving in the direction of support teams to be on one unified platform for all service needs in order to provide quicker response times and increased convenience.

Your My Vision Express Support team has already begun this transition. Customer access to the previous ticketing system, Kayako Help Desk, is being disabled, and all new cases will be opened in our new ticketing system. However, you can still view your active tickets in Kayako Help Desk until they are closed.

 Please contact support at (877) 882-7456 or via email at Support@MyVisionExpress.com to open any new tickets or if you have any questions on the new ticketing system.
