A recent Windows 10 update (KB4103727) has been causing issue related to Remote Desktop and RemoteApp connections.

This update must be uninstalled to resolve login issues.

Steps to resolve:

  1. Click the Windows Start button
  2. Type “View your update history” – then select this
  3. Click “Uninstall Updates” – this will open a new window
  4. In the upper-right portion of this window, search for “KB4103727”
  5. Right-click this update and select “Uninstall”
  6. Wait for this to uninstall, then restart the computer before attempting to log into MVE Cloud again.
