we are unable to email itemized receipts or anything from our main computer, once our signature pad was activated it removed the capability to send emails. we went through the step by step but still doesn't work. this is urgent please call us asap

We are not able to connect to the auto refractor for a few weeks now. We have been expecting a call for a while now. Please call as soon as possible. I have also left a message.
